I take my Subaru Outback to Subaru Of Gwinnett for every service need. Everybody in the service department is fantastic. Jeff is very considerate, and the person that I asked for each time I visit. I scooted in there first thing in the morning have my coffee in their lounge and work a little bit. They give me an exact wait time, I’ve not had bad experience in my three years of visiting.

SUBARU OF GWINNETT is the best car dealership experience I have ever experienced in the last 30 plus years of buying cars. The salesman, Lawrence Le was just fantastic, respectful, knowledgeable, and just all around a good man. If you are looking for a Subaru this is the place for you, no matter the drive time. I drove over 2 hours to conduct business with this top notch business. Best decision I made in a long time. My financial manager Tim was awesome, easy to talk too and explained everything in full detail. I’m very serious when I tell you, this is not a half baked dealership you’re dealing with, this is the best experience you will have at a dealership hands down.

I called in at first with a very specific car in mind, and Damir didn’t just help me find it—he helped me custom order the first (allegedly - lol) 2025 WRX tS to touch ground at the dealership, ensuring every detail was perfect. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated, patiently answered all of my questions, and genuinely made the experience feel personal. What really stood out though, was how he made the whole journey feel effortless and enjoyable. He worked with me on my trade-in, making sure I was treated fairly. The best part?
